Working Contracts

Realizing that the greatest assets in the company is the employee, their available skills, required training and others, a work contract with them is an important part of the Human Resource Manager.

The details of the obligations and contracts for the various departments are recorded and attached to the various employees. These records will be used for the periodic appraisals and allow employee and employer to maximize job satisfaction training and general advancement for the good of the company and all parties involved.
